One Month into CrossFit

I’ve been going 2x a week working with a personal trainer, while also walking 3 to 4x a week during breaks and lunches to reach over 10,000 steps a day on my FitBit. I’m getting stronger each week, and though the workouts are brutal and weight loss is slow, it’s okay. I require patience with myself as this is a huge lifestyle change to integrate into what I already have going on. I was worried about wanting to sabotage or flee, but those feelings haven’t come up and I’m fortunate enough to be at a place and be working with a trainer who is aware of my needs. I’m excited for month two.
