Perfect

Practice makes imperfect,
I don’t want to be perfect,
weather fair or stormy skies,
I know what causes my demise,
bury what’s there,
wait for an opportune time
to remind me I’m walking uphill
while in this body and mind,
don’t feel sorry for me,
it’s life,
accepted.

I really like this one Emily. It’s very very good. A good idea and philosophy to uphold.

    1. Thank you, Nitin. I have to remind myself, and let go of the guilt when I’m not doing as well as I think I should.

Yes, I understand. We all struggle with that.
